Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next business day.
UK Shipping
- Standard Delivery (3–5 business days): £3.99
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £6.99
- Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders over £35
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Europe: 5–8 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.
